This is a template to complete: in the following sections the site owner enters information about their own activity.

Enter the name of the data controller, the registered address and the contact details for personal data matters.

Name the parties that receive the data (for example the hosting and email provider) and how long the data is kept.

Describe the cookies and similar technologies used on the site and how consent is managed.
