Manufacturing companies can receive up to PLN 850,000 for software, artificial intelligence or cybersecurity. The money is paid only after the investment is completed, and the call may close before the deadline.

The Industrial Development Agency (ARP) opened the second call under the Dig.IT - Digital Transformation programme on 2 November 2026. The competition budget amounts to PLN 40 million, twice as much as in the 2025 pilot. Applications can be submitted until 30 November via the wnioski.digit.arp.pl (opens in a new tab) system. The money comes from the EU programme European Funds for a Modern Economy (FENG).

A single grant ranges from PLN 150,000 to PLN 850,000 and covers no more than 50 percent of eligible costs, i.e. expenses that the rules recognise as financeable. The project must include the purchase and implementation of digital technologies, such as software, systems for managing company resources, cloud tools, artificial intelligence, data analytics or security solutions, or the commissioning and implementation of software developed specifically for the company. Employee training, equipment and materials needed for implementation may together account for up to 40 percent of eligible costs.

Micro, small and medium-sized companies operating in Poland in industrial processing or production services, such as repairs or maintenance for other companies, may apply for the grant. Conditions according to the competition rules (opens in a new tab):

  • at least five completed full financial years,
  • available de minimis aid limit, i.e. public aid of limited value,
  • a grant no higher than 30 percent of the average annual net revenue from the last three years,
  • the project started only after the application is submitted.

ARP does not pay advances. The company receives a one-off reimbursement of incurred and documented costs, so it must first finance the entire investment itself.

The agency may close the call earlier if the value of applications exceeds 200 percent of the competition budget. It will announce this two days in advance. In the November 2025 pilot, with a budget of PLN 20 million, 146 applications were submitted, and 51 projects received a positive assessment. All of them received funding after the pool was increased. The entire Dig.IT project has PLN 140 million to distribute in 2025-2029.

Companies that meet the conditions have less than four weeks to submit an application.
