Older CEIDG companies must have an e-Delivery address from October 1
The deadline passed on Thursday. The last days before it overloaded government services, but the ministries assure that there will be no financial penalties for being late.

From 1 October, all sole proprietors in CEIDG must have an address for e-Deliveries. The Polish Entrepreneurs and Employers Association calculates that for sending official correspondence in this system, the administration pays several times more than the market rate.

Deadline for e-Delivery is expiring for companies entered in CEIDG before 2025
From Thursday, October 1, an e-Delivery address will also be mandatory for sole proprietorships registered by the end of 2024. There is no penalty for not having one, but without an address it is not possible to change an entry in CEIDG.
